All products sold on Peptisense are intended strictly for laboratory and laboratory research only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age • You will use products solely for legitimate research purposes • You will not use products for human consumption or medical treatment • You have the appropriate qualifications or supervision for research activities • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We accept bank transfers. Prices are listed in Euros and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. The final charge will be in Euros based on current exchange rates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We ship to EU countries and the United Kingdom via DHL. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for: • Damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery) • Incorrect items received Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Peptisense provides products for laboratory research only. We make no claims regarding the suitability of products for any specific application. Users assume all risks associated with the use of our products. In no event shall Peptisense be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
